We can diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, injuries, and diseases right here in our office; however, if your child is dealing with a serious or life-threatening problem, it’s important that you call 911 or immediately go to the nearest emergency room. When to Bring your Child in for a Sick Child Visit
Reasons for a sick-child visit include,
- A fever that is higher than 100.4 F for children under 2 months, or fever at or over 104 F in older children (as well as fevers that last more than two days)
- Abdominal pain
- Ear infection

- Diarrhea
- Painful or severe rash
- Broken bones
- Bad fall or accident
- Issues swallowing
- Persistent or intense headaches or migraines
